How do I book?

Create an account, add your dog’s details, then choose a service and a time that suits you. You’ll get a confirmation number for your booking.

I’m a new client — can I book straight away?

Yes. New clients can request any available time; your first booking is reviewed and confirmed by Lily, and your time is held while she does.

How is the price worked out?

Each service has a “from” price. The final price depends on your dog’s size, coat and the service chosen, and is always confirmed with you — never a surprise.

How are appointment times decided?

Times are matched to your dog and service and to Lily’s real availability, so every time you’re offered genuinely works. That’s why some days or times may not appear.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — from “My bookings” in your account you can reschedule to another time or cancel an upcoming appointment.

Do you groom puppies?

Yes. The Puppy Groom is a gentle, patient introduction to grooming, at a calm pace suited to young dogs.

Is there anything I should tell you about my dog?

Please add any health needs, sensitivities or anxieties to your dog’s profile, and note care preferences when booking — it helps Lily give the gentlest, safest groom.
